Deborah Fears

Deborah has 25 years of office management and nine years' experience in the health care field.  Her placement experience began in the Army as a civilian employee handling complete human resources management for an Army personnel director.  Her balanced background in both the corporate world and health care industry has given her depth of experience in placement of people and an understanding of the way dental and medical offices are organized and run.   Her years in the health care field revealed the struggle that dentists and doctors go through when trying to fill an open position.  Her single goal is to create relationships with clients and find professional placements in a timely manner.
