In addition, all applicants are pre-interviewed and screened, and we confirm all business and personal references.  Licenses are verified for all clinical staff.  For Clients who request it, DentMed will provide a detailed investigation including criminal background checks and pre-employment drug testing.

DentMed offers a 21-day guarantee on all applicants. Should there be any issue, DentMed will replace the candidate at any time within the applicant's first 21 days of employment.
